Seeds and Greens is an independently owned local market and deli selling organic & natural foods & supplements. The cafe serves fresh healthy homemade foods such as, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, paninis, bean burgers, quinoa dishes, and daily specials. Prices range from $6.50 to $8 for a sandwich with a side. Open for lunch and dinner, beer and wine available. Besides dishes for the carnivores we also have vegan, vegetarian, keto and gluten-free options. Seating for 50 or carry-out.

This place is fantastic. I was expecting a typical, grungy, "Co-op" / "Alternate Health" style store...But I walked in, and the Aroma was amazing. The products were Clean, new, and plentiful. So much Variety !!!I am Accustomed to similar stores being rather "iffy" and dusty. But Seeds and Greens is Fresh, Clean, well tended, and I wanted to spend an hour, just Browsing.I was in a hurry, that day, but I fully intend to return. This would be a perfect place to visit, when you are not pressed for time.The atmosphere is comforting. The people are nice and Helpful. I really like Seeds and Greens !
